Grocery store coffee is often roasted months before it reaches your cup, then sits on shelves losing flavor. We roast yours in a small batch right after you order and ship it immediately, so you experience coffee at its peak freshness. It's a noticeable difference!

Full 12 oz bags. While other brands have quietly shrunk to 10 oz, we haven't. You get the full bag, the full value.

Just coffee and nothing you don't want.

Zero added sugar. Even our flavored coffees contain no sugar, sweeteners, or calories beyond what's naturally in the beans (about 1-2 calories per cup). They're keto-friendly at 0g carbs and 0g sugar per 8oz serving.

No propylene glycol. Our flavors are clean and propylene glycol-free.

Gluten and allergen-free. Our coffees contain no gluten, wheat, or any of the major allergens recognized by the FDA. Coffee is the only product in our facility.

Mold and pesticide-free. Our roastery routinely tests every incoming lot of green coffee through an independent, accredited food safety laboratory, screening for hundreds of pesticide residues as well as mold toxins like aflatoxins and ochratoxin. You can feel confident that what's in your cup has been verified clean.

Decaf done right. All our varieties are available as decaf, processed using the chemical-free Swiss Water Process. It's why our decaf actually tastes like coffee.

Premium beans, thoughtful sourcing, and nothing artificial. That's it.

Joyground Coffee is currently shipping within the Continental United States only.

We offer $5.95 flat rate shipping on all orders.

Coffee orders typically are ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Merchandise orders, including T-Shirts, are ready to ship within 2–7 business days.

Once your order is ready to ship, you can generally expect delivery within 2-8 business days, depending on your shipping address. But don't worry! You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order is on its way.

We want you to love your Joyground order—but if something’s not right, we’re here to help!

Coffee and General Merchandise:
Since we roast to order, we can't offer returns or exchanges on our coffee or general merchandise (excluding T-Shirts). If there's an error with your order, your product arrives damaged, or you have any questions, we'll make it right:  just contact us within 30 days and include a photo. T-Shirts:

If there's an issue with your order, just let us know within 30 days of receipt. Please note: we only accept exchanges for a different size, not for a different design or color.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. As a small business, all of our T-Shirts are printed to order, so we ask that customers cover return shipping for standard returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered--just notify us within 30 days of receipt and include a photo so we can make it right.
