We want you to love your Joyground Coffee order, but if something’s not right we’re here to help!

Coffee and General Merchandise:

Since we roast to order, we can't offer returns or exchanges on our coffee or general merchandise (excluding T-Shirts). If there's an error with your order, your product arrives damaged, or you have any questions, we'll make it right:  just contact us within 30 days and include a photo. Email us at CSPamRoberts@joygroundcoffee.com 

T-Shirts:

If there's an issue with your order, just let us know within 30 days of receipt. Please note:  we only accept exchanges for a different size, not for a different design or color.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. As a small business, all of our T-Shirts are printed to order, so we ask that customers cover return shipping for standard returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered. Just notify us within 30 days of receipt and include a photo so we can make it right.
