Who is Joyground Coffee?

Joyground Coffee is a North Carolina-based, woman-owned company specializing in premium small-batch coffee and cozy lifestyle goods for slow, joyful mornings.

How can I contact you?

You can contact us at CSPamRoberts@joygroundcoffee.com, and someone on our team will get back to you within 2 business days (usually sooner!).

 

How long will it take to get my order?

 Coffee orders typically are ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Merchandise orders, including T-Shirts are ready to ship within 2–7 business days.

Once your order is ready to ship, you can generally expect delivery within 2-8 business days, depending on your shipping address. But don't worry! You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order is on its way.

 

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is scheduled to leave our facilities. If you didn't receive a tracking number, please reach out to customer care at CSPamRoberts@joygroundcoffee.com.

Why does tracking show my order as delivered, but I haven't received it?

Sometimes shipping carriers show a package as delivered before it's actually been delivered. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days. If not, feel free to reach out to customer care at CSPamRoberts@joygroundcoffee.com for assistance.

Can you ship to my address?

We ship to standard residential and business addresses within the contiguous 48 United States (coast to coast).

Can you ship to APO addresses?

At this time unfortunately we can't ship to APO addresses.

What's your return policy?

We want you to love your Joyground order—but if something’s not right, we’re here to help!

Coffee and General Merchandise:
Since we roast to order, we can't offer returns or exchanges on our coffee or general merchandise (excluding T-Shirts). If there's an error with your order, your product arrives damaged, or you have any questions, we'll make it right:  just contact us within 30 days and include a photo. Email us at CSPamRoberts@joygroundcoffee.com 

T-Shirts:

If there's an issue with your order, just let us know within 30 days of receipt. Please note:  we only accept exchanges for a different size, not for a different design or color.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. As a small business, all of our T-Shirts are printed to order, so we ask that customers cover return shipping for standard returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered--just notify us within 30 days of receipt and include a photo so we can make it right.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

We work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please double check that your order is correct before submitting payment, since we can't make any edits once an order is placed.

Where are your T-Shirts manufactured?

All of our T-Shirts are produced in the USA or internationally in no-sweatshop, WRAP-certified, and Fair Labor Association-affiliated facilities, using eco-conscious manufacturing.

What's the best way to store my coffee once I receive it?

Excellent question! The best way to store your coffee is in an opaque, airtight container in a cool, dry place. You don't want your beans exposed to light or
humidity. Once properly stored, ground coffee will stay fresh for about 4 weeks from opening. Whole bean coffee will stay fresh for about 8 weeks from opening.

Is there any sugar in your flavored coffees?

There is zero added sugar in any of our coffee. The only sugars are
naturally occurring in the coffee beans themselves, about 1-2 calories
per cup.

Do your flavored coffees contain propylene glycol?

Eww, no. Unlike some of the bigger guys, we're proud to offer propylene gylocol-free flavored coffee.

Is your coffee Keto friendly?

Yep, it is. We don't use sugar or sweeteners in our coffee, and each brewed 8oz cup has approximately 2 calories, 0g carbs, and 0g sugar.

Is your coffee gluten- and allergen-free?

Yes! Although our facility is not currently certified, our ground and whole bean coffees DO NOT contain any gluten or wheat ingredients. Coffee is the only product in our facilities, and it never comes into contact with anything containing wheat or gluten. Additionally, our coffee is free of all major allergens recognized by the FDA (dairy, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soybeans).

Is your coffee mold and pesticide free?

Yes. Our roastery routinely tests every incoming lot of green coffee through an independent, accredited food safety laboratory, screening for hundreds of pesticide residues as well as mold toxins like aflatoxins and ochratoxin. Any raw coffee that doesn't pass gets rejected outright. Our coffees always test clean before they get roasted, so you can feel confident that what's in your cup has been verified, not just assumed.

Do you offer decaffeinated coffee?

All our coffee varieties are available to order as decaf.

What is your decaffeination process?

Rather than chemically decaffeinating our coffee, we use coffee decaffeinated by the "Swiss Water Process" where only pure water is used to decaffeinate beans. It's the key reason why our decaf tastes better!

Are the My Little Pony and Mary Engelbreit collections officially licensed?

Yes! We work closely with our partners, and they see and approve everything we do in collaboration with their intellectual properties.
